Mental Health Assessment &
Counseling for Adults and Adolescents

A wide range of support and treatment options aimed at addressing various mental health conditions and promoting
overall well-being.

Here are some common components of mental health services:

Assessment and Diagnosis

Mental Health professional conduct assessment to evaluate an individual's mental health status, including symptoms, history and current functioning.

A thorough assessment helps in making an accurate diagnosis and developing a personalized treatment. Assessments begin with a questionnaire and interview

Therapy and Counseling

Various therapeutic modalities may be utilized , such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT),
among others.

Therapy aims to help the client better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, develop coping strategies, improve problem-solving skills, and work through underlying issues contributing to mental health concerns. Sessions are 1on1

Medication Management

For individuals with certain health disorders, medication may be recommended as part of their treatment plan.

encouragement to others who are going through similar challenges.

communities.

Crisis Intervention

Crisis Intervention services are available to provide immediate support and assistance for clients
experiencing acute mental health crises.

Crisis hotline, mobile crisis teams, and crisis stabilization units offer timely intervention, assessment, and referrals to appropriate services.

Psychoeducation and Skill-Building:

Psychoeducational programs provide information and resources to help clients better understand their mental health condition treatment options, and strategies for self-care.

Skill-building workshops and classes teach practical skills such as stress management, communication skills, assertiveness training, and problem-solving techniques.
