Mental Health professional conduct assessment to evaluate an individual's mental health status, including symptoms, history and current functioning.

 

Assessments begin with a questionnaire and interview to gather information and may include an onsite drug screening and breath testing.  Following the assessment, our counselor will make a recommendation for treatment.
